Overview
The HR Diagnostic tool aims to help SMEs:
understand their current state of HR maturity, including their HR practices and processes, and identify gaps for improvement across 11 HR functional areas such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, talent management and employee engagement, among others.
How SMEs Will Benefit
SMEs who want to strengthen their HR capabilities but do not know where to start can tap on the HR Diagnostic Tool provided by SPRING Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore).
Upon completion of the diagnosis, SMEs will receive a report with an analysis of their current HR maturity level. The report also includes their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Actionable steps you can take to improve your HR practices will then be discussed.

The HR Diagnostic tool is administered at no cost to SMEs. Interested SMEs can email us to register your interest.
